SaccoMann in Birmingham is seeking a Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor to join a well-established regional firm. You will gain early client exposure across a broad range of employment matters with supportive colleagues and structured development.

The role offers a friendly, collaborative team environment, with opportunities to handle day-to-day advisory matters, tribunal support, and career progression within Employment Law.

Qualifications

• NQ status with experience in Employment Law during your training contract.
• A genuine interest in developing a career in Employment Law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Advising employer clients on day-to-day employment matters.
• Assisting with Employment Tribunal claims and disputes.
• Advising on disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Supporting clients with redundancies, restructures and TUPE.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
• Providing practical advice on general employment issues.
• Supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters.
• Liaising directly with clients and developing strong working relationships.
• Keeping up to date with developments in employment law.
• Managing workload and meeting deadlines.
• Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor to join a well-established regional law firm in Birmingham.

The team advises a varied client base of employers on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You'll have the opportunity to build your experience across a broad range of employment work, with support from experienced colleagues and plenty of scope to develop your career.

This is a great opportunity for an NQ solicitor looking to establish themselves within a supportive Employment team and gain genuine client exposure from an early stage.

The Work will include:

• Advising employer clients on day-to-day employment matters.
• Assisting with Employment Tribunal claims and disputes.
• Advising on disciplinary and grievance matters.
