Newtownabbey | Full-Time | NQ - 1 Year PQE

The Role:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a long-established and respected law firm in the Newtownabbey area. This role sits within a busy and supportive conveyancing team, offering hands-on experience and strong mentorship as you take your first step post-qualification.
This position is perfect for someone who is eager to build a career in residential conveyancing and is looking for genuine long-term progression within a reputable local practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a small caseload of residential conveyancing matters under supervision, with a view to growing independence as experience develops
• Assist senior solicitors with more complex transactions
• Draft contracts, complete title checks, and liaise with clients and third parties
• Maintain accurate files and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Deliver a high standard of client care and professional service

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ - up to 1 year PQE), with a training seat in residential property or strong paralegal experience in conveyancing
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Genuine interest in a long-term career in conveyancing
