Conveyancing Fee Earner – Holiday Cover – Residential Property – Remote Working (UK)
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to join a respected and well-established residential property team on a fully remote, holiday cover basis. This role is ideal for a conveyancer looking to step away from managing a permanent caseload while still playing a vital role in progressing property transactions.
In this role, you will provide essential cover and support for fee earners who are on leave, ensuring continuity of service and smooth progression of residential conveyancing matters through to exchange and completion.
The Role
This flexible, home-based position involves stepping in to manage and progress cases during periods of staff absence. You’ll liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to ensure active matters are handled efficiently and in line with company standards.
