We are proud to be working with a well-established and forward-thinking law firm based in South Belfast, to recruit a Newly Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor or a soon-to-be-qualified solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with an interest in residential property to join a modern and dynamic team.

The Role:

You will handle a variety of residential property matters, guiding clients through the entire conveyancing process from start to finish. Working alongside a highly experienced team, you will gain exposure to diverse cases, further enhancing your knowledge and expertise. This role offers the perfect environment for someone eager to grow and develop as a solicitor.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist clients with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and leasehold transactions
• 
  Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
• 
  Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions
• 
  Conduct property searches and investigations, providing clients with clear and concise legal advice
• 
  Manage a caseload of residential property matters, ensuring that deadlines are met and matters are progressed efficiently
• 
  Work closely with senior solicitors to handle more complex matters and gain exposure to a variety of property transactions
• 
  Provide excellent client service, building strong relationships with clients and other professionals

About You:

• 
  Newly qualified solicitor or soon-to-be-qualified solicitor with a keen interest in conveyancing
• 
  Experience in residential property transactions, either from a training contract or previous role
• 
  A strong understanding of the conveyancing process, from instruction through to completion
• 
  Excellent communication and organisational skills
• 
  A proactive and client-focused approach, with the ability to manage a caseload efficiently
• 
  A team player with the desire to learn and develop in a supportive, forward-thinking environment
