Opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join a small, successful law firm in their Conveyancing team.

Client Details

This is a small practice but it is not a high volume conveyancing outfit - so it is a different opportunity to many of those out there on a remote basis at the moment.

Description

This role is remote so it will only suit somebody who is either used to working in this way or has a genuine interest to be fully remote. There will be regular check in points with the head of the team but you need to be self-sufficient. It won't suit a very junior lawyer who needs regular help on files.

The team is small but very supportive and successful. They have great relationships with agents and a secure, steady flow of work.

The great thing on offer here is that the work is not high volume. Typically, you'll probably pick up around 15 new files a month. So the caseload is manageable compared to many outfits. The team focus on quality of work and not quantity. You'll still be kept busy at all times.

This role will suit somebody who can work independently and is happy with the set up of being fully remote.

This is a salaried position and not consultancy. The hours are 9-5 (with some flexibility if you wanted to start and finish a little earlier) and is a full time job. Unfortunately it won't suit a part-time candidate.

The head of the team is very knowledgeable and runs their own caseload but they are also great at networking and bringing in the work. They are friendly and approachable and have created a small team with a great culture.

Profile

Our client is looking for a UK qualified solicitor.

You must be happy with a remote set up and able to commit to a full time 9-5 salaried position.

The head of the team needs somebody who can work independently so realistically you will need to have at least 3-4 years' experience in Conveyancing. Our client will look at candidates with a range of PQE.
