Job summary

Copello Global is seeking an NPI Engineer to support the introduction of new products into manufacturing at a state‑of‑the‑art facility. You will coordinate builds from prototype to production and work with design, quality, test and operations teams to ensure smooth ramp‑up and repeatable processes.

You will apply structured problem‑solving approaches (8D, FMEA) and contribute to DFM/DFA reviews to improve manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics, automotive, or other high‑reliability manufacturing environments.
• Experience introducing new products and improving manufacturing processes.
• Ability to support production readiness and ramp‑up activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing
• Coordinate builds from prototype through production
• Utilise structured problem‑solving tools (8D, FMEA)
• Coordinate pilot builds and production readiness activities
• Contribute to DFM / DFA reviews to improve manufacturability
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, process flows, and control plans
• Support tooling, fixturing, and process improvement initiatives
• Assist with early production builds and ramp‑up
• Analyse production issues and support root‑cause investigations
• Collaborate with design, quality, test and operations teams
