Job summary

Copello are partnering with a leading advanced manufacturing organisation to recruit an NPI Engineer for a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility.

You will support the introduction of new products into manufacturing, coordinating across design, quality, test and operations to move from prototype to repeatable production, with emphasis on RF and semiconductor technologies.

This role offers the chance to develop specialist skills while expanding manufacturing knowledge in a cutting-edge environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics, automotive, or high-reliability manufacturing.
• Experience introducing new products and supporting production readiness.
• Background in bringing prototypes into repeatable production.
• Interest in RF and semiconductor technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support introduction of new products into manufacturing.
• Coordinate builds and production readiness activities.
• Use structured problem-solving tools such as 8D, FMEA.
• Develop manufacturing documentation, process flows, and control plans.
• Assist with early production builds and ramp-up.
• Analyse production issues and support root-cause investigations.
• Work with cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
