Job summary

Spectrum Control is seeking an experienced NPI Engineer to drive the transfer of new electronic products from concept to production ramp-up. You will work across design, manufacturing, process, test, quality, and supply-chain teams to ensure products are robust, manufacturable, and ready for repeatable production.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant engineering field with strong electronics knowledge.
• Significant experience transferring electronic products to production ramp-up.
• Experience in design reviews and manufacturing readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Support NPI activities from concept to ramp-up and production release.
• Represent manufacturing in product development and ensure manufacturability.
• Lead manufacturing design reviews and production-readiness reviews.
• Develop manufacturing approaches including process flow, tooling, and inspection.
• Plan prototype, pilot, and pre-production builds and resolve issues with root cause analysis.
• Prepare and release manufacturing documentation (BOMs, drawings, work instructions).
