Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking an experienced NPI & Bid Manager to lead a Projects & Bid / Project Procurement team within a regulated engineering/manufacturing environment. You will influence production readiness, DFM/DFT activities and total cost of supply while managing supplier partnerships.

Key responsibilities include driving make/buy decisions, delivering cost savings, and reporting progress to senior leadership. Strong cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading procurement or project sourcing teams in engineering/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to influence across Engineering, Quality, Operations and Programme Management.
• Strong commercial acumen with focus on total cost of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Projects & Bid / Project Procurement teams.
• Provide status updates on projects and align with business priorities.
• Drive production readiness, capacity planning and make/buy decisions.
• Identify long-term supplier partnerships and manage supplier performance.
