Advanced Technical Recruitment is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist for a large Bristol-based manufacturing site. You will ensure sourcing alignment with project goals, budgets and quality across the NPI lifecycle, representing procurement in reviews and coordinating with design and manufacturing teams.

You will manage multiple projects, prepare supplier packs, and act as account manager to key suppliers. The role is fixed-term for 12 months with onsite work and potential permanency.

Qualifications

• A purchasing / supply chain qualification such as CIPS Level 4, or significant experience in procurement.
• Strong working knowledge of Supply Chain Management, ERP and MRP systems.
• Track record in engineering/production environments managing deadlines and changes to ensure quality and delivery objectives.

Responsabilités

• Represent procurement during NPI reviews and work with development teams and Group Strategic Sourcing.
• Lead project procurement planning, provide vendor selections, and manage supplier relationships.
• Prepare procurement boards, business cases and project plans with clear timelines and critical path points.
• Source prototype parts and set up long-term supplier arrangements for product launch.
