Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant procurement, subcontract management or supply chain experience in a technical/engineering environment.
• Experience supporting NPI and managing supplier engagement from design to production.
• Knowledge of supplier readiness, qualification processes and compliance (regulatory, environmental, quality).
• Proven ability to drive supplier performance and recover delivery issues in challenging environments.
• Experience in low-volume, high-mix manufacturing settings and strong commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier selection ensuring capability, capacity, and delivery risk alignment to programme phase.
• Own end-to-end delivery performance; manage schedules, costs and quality across suppliers.
• Develop supplier readiness, onboarding and qualification including regulatory/compliance considerations.
• Lead contractual negotiations and manage change control and commercial risks.
• Drive performance reviews with KPIs and implement supplier development initiatives.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, quality and manufacturing for integrated execution.
