Job summary

Mane Contract Services seeks a skilled Procurement and Supply Chain professional to manage sourcing for multiple projects and NPI initiatives within a busy engineering environment.

You will champion purchasing strategies, work with Design and Manufacturing teams, and ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and quality across supplier networks.

This role requires experience in ERP/MRP systems, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Procurement, Purchasing or Supply Chain.
• Experience in engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing purchasing or supply chain activities for projects or NPI.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
• Strong supplier management and stakeholder management capability.
• Commercially aware with experience negotiating pricing and supplier agreements.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience using ERP and MRP systems (JD Edwards, SAP or Oracle).
• Proven experience in demanding project environments where cost, quality and delivery matter.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key member of the Procurement and Supply Chain team supporting multiple engineering and NPI projects.
• Collaborate with Design and Manufacturing teams to source prototype and production parts aligned with project requirements.
• Establish supply chains ahead of product launches ensuring cost, quality and delivery targets are met.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently with shifting deadlines.
• Own the supply chain elements of assigned projects with autonomy.
• Develop sourcing strategies and support supplier selection activities.
• Prepare supplier packs, sourcing reviews, business cases and project plans.
