Job summary

Finsbury Food Group is seeking an NPD Project Coordinator to support the Development team in delivering new products, packaging changes and existing product improvements at the Fletchers site. You will coordinate cross‑functional activity, track milestones and maintain documentation to keep projects on track.

You will work closely with Development, Commercial, Technical, Procurement, Planning and Operations to ensure timely sign‑offs, accurate reporting and smooth project progression in a

Qualifications

• Strong planning, organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, motivated and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Passion for food, innovation and market trends.
• Degree in Food Science/Technology or related is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activity and manage timelines across NPD, EPD and packaging changes.
• Maintain project plans, trackers and critical paths to ensure on‑schedule delivery.
• Coordinate samples, testing, approvals and sample dispatch to customers.
• Support PO administration and coordinate ingredient, packaging and material needs.
• Provide clear project updates and sign‑offs to stakeholders at all stages.
