Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a Food/Food Science related discipline.
• Strong communication, excellent planning, organised & written skills.
• Ability to work independently, self-starter, prioritise own workload & deadlines.
• Experience & knowledge of food & the food environment.
• Food hygiene certificate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer requirements.
• Create product ideas with the NPD team based on trends.
• Assist in developing products and supporting commercial teams.
• Visit other depots as required.
