Finsbury Food Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of New Product Development, Existing Product Development and packaging change initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Technical, Procurement, Planning and Operations, maintaining project plans and tracking milestones to keep programs on schedule.

You will own the Stage Gate process, update trackers and Power BI reports, and manage admin tasks from concept through launch, ensuring

• Coordinate NPD, EPD and packaging change projects from concept to launch.
• Maintain project plans, trackers and milestones across departments.
• Provide project administration, schedule meetings and chase approvals.
• Prepare Power BI reports and ensure accurate project visibility.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and manage actions and decisions.
