Job summary

Finsburyfoods is seeking an NPD Project Coordinator to join the Development team in the UK. You’ll support New Product Development, Existing Product Development and packaging change projects across Fletcher's and Kara sites, coordinating plans, timelines and approvals.

You’ll work with Development, Commercial, Technical, Procurement, Planning and Operations to manage progress, document control and sample distribution, driving on‑time launches in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong planning, organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, motivated and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Passion for food, innovation and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, monitor timelines and track milestones to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate activities across departments and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Ensure stakeholders are kept informed of project progress at every stage.
• Own the Point 74 Stage Gate process and maintain trackers and Power BI reports.
• Coordinate meetings, sample requests, testing, and related documentation.
• Support PO administration and coordinate ingredient, packaging and material requirements.
