Job description

You'll be part of an exciting team that creates delicious food products, whether it's innovating new items or perfecting existing ones. Your work will have a direct impact on our customers’ tables.

As a key player in our product development team, you’ll take ownership of process development projects. From concept ideas to launching them in stores, you’ll oversee the process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing key factory process settings to ensure the product is manufactured to the required specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the Process: Lead the development journey, ensuring every step is delivered with care.
  • Communicate Effectively: Keep all stakeholders, from retail teams to suppliers, informed about project progress.
  • Manage Timelines: Oversee project schedules and tasks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure Documentation Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with colleagues to turn product briefs into reality, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Work with Suppliers: Source raw materials, collaborate with suppliers, and manage paperwork to keep projects moving.
  • Factory Trials and Production: Coordinate factory trials and oversee initial production runs for quality and consistency.
  • Process Management: Optimize factory line settings to meet quality standards.
