Work Location: Hybrid

Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of remote work and work from our Corby, London (Kings Cross), or Manchester offices.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Process Specialist to join our People Operational Excellence team.

What you will be doing:

  1. Delivering improved manager and employee interactions with the People team to make colleagues' jobs easier.
  2. Optimising workflows on People technology (case management, employee portal, document management).
  3. Managing change requirements for services, processes, and systems within the People Shared Services team.
  4. Maintaining and developing the operations dashboard, analysing key metrics to inform data-driven decisions to enhance service, processes, and systems.
  5. Interacting with managers and employees in a personalised and timely manner to ensure a great experience.
  6. Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of People Shared Services delivery.
  7. Managing projects, including system configuration, demonstrations, UAT, and operational readiness assessments for new processes; supporting change management and training as needed.
  8. Providing project management for initiatives to support the Operational Excellence Lead.

About you:

  1. Experience in people process design and implementation, including process mapping and creating SOPs.
  2. Ability to interpret process maps into system workflows.
  3. Experience with case management/ticketing systems or equivalent People systems.
  4. Knowledge of People and Payroll processes, policies, and procedures, ideally in an international environment.
  5. Aptitude for learning, curiosity, and confidence to find answers independently.
  6. Customer-focused mindset, committed to improving experiences at all contact points with the People function.
  7. Innovative thinker, always seeking to improve efficiency, reduce costs, or streamline handoffs.
