As a key player in our product development team, you’ll take ownership of process development projects. From concept ideas to launching them in stores, you’ll oversee the process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the key factory process settings to ensure the product is manufactured to the required specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Process: Lead the development journey, ensuring every step is delivered with care.
• Communicate Effectively: Keep all stakeholders, from retail teams to suppliers, informed about project progress.
• Manage Timelines: Oversee project schedules and tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure Documentation Accuracy: Maintain precise documentation for regulatory compliance and consistency.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with colleagues to turn product briefs into reality, exceeding customer expectations.
• Work with Suppliers: Source raw materials, collaborate, and handle paperwork to keep projects moving.
• Factory Trials: Coordinate factory trials and oversee initial production runs to ensure quality and consistency.
• Process Optimization: Manage factory processes to ensure line settings are optimized for high quality standards.
