Calibre Search is partnering with a major international consultancy to establish a dedicated Building Structures team in Nottingham. They seek a Principal Structural Engineer to lead, shape the team, recruit, and develop client relationships.

You'll work with the Birmingham team initially and gradually own the Nottingham operation, delivering diverse building structures projects and mentoring engineers along the way.

Formación

• Chartered status through IStructE or ICE is required.
• Strong background in Building Structures across multiple sectors.
• Experience delivering projects from concept through to construction.
• Knowledge of Eurocodes and British Standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead structural design projects from concept through construction.
• Manage technical delivery of multiple projects or major elements.
• Provide technical guidance, design reviews and quality assurance.
• Develop client relationships and pursue new work.
• Mentor and develop Engineers across the Midlands team.
• Help recruit and build the Nottingham Structural Engineering team.
