Retail Security Officer –M&S

Location: Derby - Derby Wyvern - Derby Kingsway - Ilkeston - Nottingham Chilwell - Nottingham Giltbrook - Burton-On-Trent - Ashby De La Zouch - Loughborough - and surrounding areas

Salary - £15.50 per hour

The officer will require to have access to a vehicle due to the store locations

• You'll help keep our stores safe and secure. From preventing loss and responding to incidents, to identifying risks and supporting safe ways of working, you'll play a key role in protecting the M&S environment.
• Being digitally confident is essential. You'll use store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body-worn cameras, to support store operations and incident management.
• You'll stay calm under pressure. Whether responding to challenging situations or supporting emergency procedures, you'll always act professionally and confidently.
• Being a team player is crucial. You'll work closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards, support operations and create a positive environment for everyone.
• Flexibility is vital. Retail moves fast and every day is different. You'll adapt quickly to changing situations to support the store when needed.
