Qualifikationen

• ACA or ACCA qualification.
• Experience leading charity/not-for-profit audits.
• Holding or working toward Responsible Individual status.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead a substantial portfolio of charity and not-for-profit audit clients.
• Advise trustees, finance directors and governing bodies.
• Oversee audit planning, delivery and quality control across the portfolio.
• Provide technical expertise on charity accounting and audit matters.
• Support and develop managers and senior staff within the team.
• Drive business development and client relationship management for not-for-profit work.
