TPF Recruitment is assisting a Kent-based Chartered Accountants firm to recruit a Not-for-Profit Audit Director or Partner. You will lead a portfolio of charity and not-for-profit audits across Kent, London, and the South East, acting as a trusted adviser to trustees and senior management.

You will oversee audit planning and delivery, provide charity accounting expertise, and help drive growth in a collaborative, work‑life balanced environment with flexible hybrid working.

Qualifikationen

• Be ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Extensive experience leading charity and not-for-profit audits.
• Ability to obtain Responsible Individual status or working towards it.
• Strong knowledge of charity accounting regulations and auditing standards.
• Excellent leadership and relationship management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead a portfolio of charity, academy, and not-for-profit audit clients.
• Advise trustees, finance directors, CEOs, and boards.
• Oversee audit planning, delivery, and quality control.
• Provide technical expertise on charity accounting and audit matters.
• Develop managers and senior audit staff and drive business development.
