Job summary

Anglian Water’s Strategic Pipeline Alliance invites applications for a Project Manager based in Norwich. The role leads a team delivering multi-million pound water infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and value for money within governance standards.

You will oversee the full lifecycle, from enabling through construction to handover, guiding resources and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve programme goals and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil / MEICA / Construction Management or relevant subject.
• Experience in leading and delivering large-scale water infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading multi-contractor, multi-discipline teams.
• Ability to manage programme, cost and schedule within budget.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate programme strategy into concrete project requirements.
• Ensure resources are fully utilized and perform against metrics.
• Deliver enabling phase and subsequent delivery phases on time and budget.
• Oversee full lifecycle from enabling to handover and warranty.
• Champion Health & Safety standards across the project.
