Job summary

Anglian Water @one Alliance seeks a Project Manager – Major Water Projects to lead teams delivering multi‑million pound schemes (£30m+), ensuring safety, timeliness, quality, and regulatory compliance across the full lifecycle.

The role focuses on driving programme strategy into deliverable outcomes, managing costs and resources, and fostering a collaborative alliance culture across partner organisations to deliver major water infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Extensive PM experience on large construction projects £30m+
• Experience in water sector beneficial or strong construction background
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, drinking water standards, CDM
• A proven track record of leading teams in a performance-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Ensure CDM compliance across schemes through TOTEX Delivery Process
• Build and maintain a high-performing, inclusive team culture
• Translate programme-level strategy into deliverable outcomes
• Maintain accountability for the entire project lifecycle
• Work with Commercial and Planning on cost/resource forecasts
• Oversee proposed solutions to ensure safety, viability and fit for purpose
• Ensure delivery of key milestones like Project Rehearsals and Fit for Assembly
• Foster collaboration across the @one Alliance and partner organisations
