Associated Optical is seeking a Northern Area Sales Manager to own a high-growth territory across the North of England. The role combines account management with proactive new business development in retail optics and NHS sectors.

You will report to the Sales Manager, balance existing relationships with new opportunities, and drive revenue, market share, and product launches while collaborating closely with support teams.

Formación

• Proven track record in B2B field sales and account management.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent territory planning and self-management ability.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North of England.

Responsabilidades

• Territory management with efficient customer visit planning.
• Account and business development across optical retail and NHS accounts.
• Product demonstrations of magnification equipment and eyewear.
• Meet/exceed sales targets and drive market share.
• Collaborate with customer service and management for support.
• Maintain CRM records and report on activity and competitors.
