Associated Optical in the UK is seeking a Northern Area Sales Manager to own an established territory with strong growth potential. You will balance existing account management with proactive new business development across retail optics and specialist healthcare.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will demonstrate magnification equipment and eyewear, drive revenue targets, and collaborate with customer service to deliver outstanding support. Travel across the North of England is required.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in B2B field sales and account management.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent territory planning and self-management.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel North of England.
• Experience in optical/ophthalmic sales, healthcare, or medical devices.
• Understanding of optical practices or NHS hospital procurement.

Aufgaben

• Plan customer visits across the region to maximise coverage and growth.
• Strengthen existing relationships and secure new optical retail and NHS accounts.
• Demonstrate magnification equipment, low-vision aids, and eyewear.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue, market share, and new product launches.
• Collaborate with customer service and management to deliver exceptional support.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, activity reports, and monitor competitor activity.
