The Role

You’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day maintenance, installation and connectivity requirements across the data centres, ensuring infrastructure is delivered safely, accurately and in line with customer standards.

  • Install and connect network equipment within the data centre environment.
  • Respond to incidents, faults and infrastructure requests.
  • Carry out cable recovery and removal works when required.

  • Liaise with customers and their clients to ensure work is delivered on time and effectively communicated.
