You will develop profitable opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to tender submissions.

This field-based role covers the North West with regular travel across the wider Northern region, offering autonomy to shape strategy and deliver measurable results

• Generating profitable new business opportunities across the region
• Building and managing a robust sales pipeline
• Identifying customer needs and developing tailored waste management solutions
• Leading commercial negotiations and contract discussions
• Managing complex tender submissions and proposals
• Developing strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Working closely with operational and technical teams to ensure service excellence
• Monitoring market activity and competitor trends
• Maintaining accurate CRM and sales forecasts
