Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in the United Kingdom is seeking a Field Operation Manager to lead Field Service Specialists across territories, ensuring operational excellence and strong customer engagement. You will drive workforce planning, schedule activities, and partner with contractors to meet contract entitlements.

The role requires hands-on experience with process automation, DCS, and a solid background in managing field operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading field service teams and coordinating resources.
• Strong understanding of HSE requirements and compliance.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong trust relationships with key customer contacts.
• Plan and schedule labour resources to meet contract entitlements.
• Contact customers to schedule FSS contract or SPOT activities.
• Identify FSS skills gaps and drive competencies for future needs.
• Provide exceptional support to customers and resolve issues.
• Ensure all HSE requirements for customer sites are documented and communicated.
