Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Senior BMS Engineer in London and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for installations, quoted works, project support, PPM, reactive calls and out-of-hours support on BMS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with BMS systems and controls, HVAC knowledge
• Familiarity with BACnet, M-Bus and Modbus protocols
• Awareness of Health and Safety and risk assessments
• Ability to troubleshoot and fault-find quickly on complex systems
• Strong written and verbal communication for reports and client relations

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and interrogate Honeywell BMS Controllers & Field Control Systems
• Carry out commissioning of small automation and controls projects
• Modify and interrogate BMS software programs, strategies and systems
• Monitor and adjust energy-saving measures across building services
• Develop and maintain excellent client relationships at varying sites
