Talent Finder is seeking an Operations/Technical Manager to oversee Field Service activity across the UK from Great Dunmow. You will lead a flexible team, drive customer-focused service, and manage budgets, forecasts, and recruitment with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and process compliance.

Ideal candidates will have an electrical background with at least 5 years in the compliance sector, strong communication, and proven ability to deliver improvements and cost-effective solutions.

Formación

• Electrical background with compliance experience.
• Minimum 5 years in electrical compliance or related field.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and auditing procedures.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure health and safety is considered first and best practice is followed.
• Meet customer targets and use resources cost-effectively.
• Develop relationships with clients based on trust and delivery.
• Meet financial targets for revenue, margin, invoicing and costs.
• Provide monthly forecasts and contribute to budget setting.
• Recruit and manage engineers and office staff.
• Engage with Engineers weekly and manage test equipment calibration.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and van checks; conduct spot checks.
• Lead regular team meetings and ensure timely management information.
