Job summary

Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Locality Operational Manager for the North Team in Corby. The role is Band 8a, permanent full-time, 37.5 hours, with out-of-hours flexibility and salary £57,528 - £64,750 per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North locality team to deliver access and recovery targets.
• Oversee operational delivery and staff development for quality of care.
• Manage rotas, sickness, performance, and conduct within the team.
• Attend weekly senior management meetings and run monthly North team meetings.
• Coordinate recruitment, training and staff schedules.
• Analyse clinical data, review guidance and assess demand and capacity.
