Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an Experienced Multi Trade for a busy, reputable contractor in North Cornwall. Social housing maintenance across Bodmin to Bude. This is a permanent, on the books opportunity.

Salary £34–37,000 per annum, includes a van and fuel card, 23 days holiday plus BH, pay day every 2 weeks, and a range of discounts and wellbeing benefits. Training and DBS will be provided as required.

Qualifications

• Good trades experience.
• Previous experience working within social housing - desirable.
• Good attitude.
• Honest and reliable.
• Full UK driving license.
• DBS will be done for successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance work on properties in the North Cornwall area.
• Kitchen and bathroom fitting bias ideally.
• Carpentry, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, flooring.
• Working alongside other trades/ colleagues.
• Driving a company van safely and responsibly.
• Reporting to your supervisor on progress.
• Speaking with customers politely and professionally.
