Job summary

Cardo Group in Cornwall is seeking a Skilled Multi-Trade Person to join our team. You will bring a broad range of trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general maintenance.

The role involves installing, repairing and maintaining systems in residential and commercial properties, working to high safety standards and delivering quality workmanship. Candidates should have 2 years of multi-trade experience, a driving license, and CSCS (preferred).

Qualifications

• Proven experience across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC.
• Ability to work independently with safety compliance.
• CSCS (preferred) and driving licence (required).

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems.
• Perform repairs and installations in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks performed, including time and materials.
• Exhibit excellent time management and organisation.
