Job summary

Change Grow Live in Croydon is seeking a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to support people in the Criminal Justice pathway, helping them move towards healthier futures and independent lives.

You'll work in a multidisciplinary team, building trust, coordinating recovery plans, managing risk, and connecting individuals to housing, education, and work opportunities while upholding recovery principles and person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people facing complex challenges.
• Understanding of recovery, behaviour change and harm reduction.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate people from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, professional boundaries and risk management.
• Organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Commitment to equality, inclusion and person-centred practice.

Responsibilities

• Support people through assessment, recovery planning and engagement.
• Coordinate recovery planning and risk management with partners.
• Help clients access housing, education, employment or training.
• Build trusted relationships and empower meaningful change.
