Job summary

Change Grow Live is seeking a Recovery Coordinator for the Criminal Justice Team in Croydon. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) on a permanent basis, offering a structured pathway to support individuals’ wellbeing and recovery from addiction and related challenges.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to plan recovery, engage clients and coordinate with health and social care partners. The role emphasises compassionate, non-judgemental support, safeguarding, and person-centred practice,
