Qualifications

• Background in non-contentious construction matters
• Strong academic record desirable
• Experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Advise on major construction, development and infrastructure projects
• Draft and negotiate construction and project documents (JCT, NEC, EPC, EPCM)
• Provide procurement and contracting strategy advice
• Advise across sectors including real estate, regeneration, energy, healthcare and infrastructure
