A leading UK law firm in London seeks an experienced Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join its expanding Projects, Development & Construction team. You will work on high‑quality matters with flagship clients and large‑scale projects.

You will advise on procurement strategies, draft and negotiate documents, allocate risk and support business development while mentoring junior fee earners. A clear path to Partnership is highlighted for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with strong non-contentious construction experience.
• Experience with JCT, NEC, FIDIC and market-standard amendments.
• Ability to develop business and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise on procurement and contracting strategies.
• Draft, review and negotiate construction documents.
• Advise on risk allocation and extensions of time.
• Support live projects with risk management.
• Mentor junior fee earners and contribute to BD.
