Job description

We are working with a leading national law firm based in London for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Non-Contentious Construction team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded non-contentious Construction team, advising developers, investors, funders, contractors, public bodies and consultants on major construction, development and infrastructure projects.

The role will involve drafting and negotiating construction and project documentation, including JCT, NEC, EPC and EPCM contracts and bespoke arrangements. The successful candidate will also advise on procurement and contracting strategies, risk allocation and live project issues across sectors including real estate, regeneration, energy and renewables, healthcare, hotels and infrastructure.

• 0-10 years’ PQE;
• Background in non-contentious construction matters;
• Strong academics required;
• Technically excellent;
• Ability to work to tight deadlines;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
