Job summary

A leading national law firm is seeking a Construction Associate to join their busy and highly regarded team in London. The role focuses on non-contentious construction law with potential exposure to some contentious matters, advising on complex domestic and international projects across regeneration, development, energy, health and infrastructure.

The candidate should have 0–2 years PQE in non-contentious construction law from a recognised UK practice, with experience in standard form contracts

Qualifications

• 0–2 years PQE in non-contentious construction law from a UK practice.
• Experience with standard form contracts and some development work.
• Willingness to undertake more complex agreements and large due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Advise on high-value and complex construction matters domestically and internationally.
• Focus on regeneration schemes, accommodation sector projects, energy and renewables, healthcare and infrastructure.
• Work within a top-tier Real Estate and Construction team with support and supervision.
