Job summary

JMC Legal Recruitment is recruiting a Newly Qualified to 3 PQE Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join a leading construction team in London. You will handle non-contentious construction matters, supporting major commercial real estate developments and investor transactions within a collaborative, career-driven environment.

Qualifications

• NQ–3 PQE in non-contentious construction law.
• Qualified solicitor with experience in non-contentious construction.
• Exposure to drafting and negotiating non-contentious construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of construction documents (building contracts, appointments, warranties, development agreements).
• Advise clients throughout development lifecycle from procurement to completion.
• Support senior lawyers on complex transactions and progressively handle own matters.
• Collaborate with the Real Estate team on development projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
