Job summary

Non-Contentious Construction Associate – NQ–2 PQE | London

If you’re an NQ–2 PQE construction solicitor looking to build a stronger non-contentious practice, this could be a really good next move.

I’m working with a highly regarded UK law firm that is looking to add a junior Associate to its London Projects, Development & Construction team.

The role offers exposure to high-quality work across real estate, housing, commercial property, regeneration, education, healthcare, sustainability and renewables, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced construction lawyers and wider real estate and commercial teams.

You’ll gain experience across:

• Construction and development projects
• JCT and NEC contracts
• Collateral warranties and novations
• Procurement and development arrangements
• Regeneration and large-scale projects
• Renewable energy and sustainability matters
• Wider real estate and corporate transactions

This would suit someone already focused on non-contentious construction, but I’d also be keen to speak with junior construction solicitors who currently have a mixed contentious/non-contentious practice and want to develop a stronger front-end specialism.
