Job summary

ENL Legal Recruitment seeks a Construction Solicitor in London for NQ-2 PQE to join a leading Projects, Development & Construction team on high‑quality non-contentious work across major development, infrastructure and renewables.

You will draft and negotiate a broad range of construction documentation, advise on procurement strategies, and handle matters from inception to completion, liaising with developers, investors, funders and contractors.

Qualifications

• NQ-2 PQE with construction or housing non-contentious experience.
• Experience with standard form construction contracts (JCT, NEC, EPC/EPCM).

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate construction, development and project documentation.
• Advise on procurement strategies and contracting approaches.
• Support projects from inception through completion.
