eNL’s Construction team in London is seeking a Solicitor at NQ-2 PQE to advise on high-value non-contentious projects, across development, infrastructure and renewables, for a diverse client base of developers, investors and funders.

You will draft and negotiate a broad range of construction documents, including procurement strategies and standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, EPC/EPCM), with a commercial, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Admitted solicitor with NQ-2 PQE in England & Wales.
• Experience in non-contentious construction law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise on construction, development and project documentation.
• Draft and negotiate contracts incl. JCT, NEC and EPC/EPCM.
• Provide commercially focused advice across the project lifecycle.
