Qualifications

Experience as Construction Partner or Senior Associate/Legal Director.
Strong experience in non-contentious construction law.
Commercially minded with excellent relationship-building skills.
Enjoy business development and mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

Advising on non-contentious construction matters, including JCT, NEC and FIDIC contracts.
Drafting and negotiating construction documentation, professional appointments and collateral warranties.
Supporting Real Estate and Corporate teams on complex transactions.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Playing an active role in business development and the continued growth of the team.
Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
