Construction Partner (Non-Contentious) | Reading | £95,000 - £125,000 + Equity Opportunity A highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked national law firm is seeking a Construction Partner to join its established team in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Partner or a Senior Associate/Legal Director ready to step into partnership. The role focuses exclusively on non-contentious construction work, with all contentious matters handled by a specialist Disputes team.

The role will include:

• Advising on non-contentious construction matters, including JCT, NEC and FIDIC contracts.
• Drafting and negotiating construction documentation, professional appointments and collateral warranties.
• Supporting Real Estate and Corporate teams on complex transactions.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Playing an active role in business development and the continued growth of the team.
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
