Job summary

Few&Far is seeking a Network Operations Centre Lead to own and run 24x7 NOC operations within a major financial services environment. The role is based in Central London with 2 days onsite per week, on a 12-month contract with strong extension potential.

You will lead service performance, incident management, and governance, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure service excellence and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Network Operations or NOC leadership.
• 5+ years enterprise NOC leadership experience.
• Strong incident and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage SLAs, KPIs and service delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Drive continual service improvement across the NOC.
• Oversee change governance and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure service performance.
• Support CAB and change advisory discussions.
