Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a NOC Engineer to monitor and support our IT infrastructure. The role is shift-based with remote work outside normal office hours and occasional on-site presence in Chandler's Ford, UK, 1–3 days per month.

The ideal candidate has commercial IT support experience, Linux server proficiency, and knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, firewall and PKI. SC clearance or eligibility is required.

• Implement, monitor and support the company's IT infrastructure and networking.
• Adhere to IT support and service processes.
• Work closely with a project manager and technical support teams.
• Proactively monitor IT systems to ensure 24x7x365 uptime.
• Continuously support and improve the UK IT infrastructure by working on upgrades and other improvements.
• Contribute to the development of the IT dashboard for the Network Operational Centre.
