Job summary

Quickline is seeking a NOC Engineer to monitor and manage our Willerby-based network infrastructure, including Radio and 5G assets. You will respond rapidly to outages, manage incidents, and report on issues affecting service continuity.

The role requires experience with VLANs, routing, and security access to critical locations. The successful candidate will work onsite at our Willerby office in the Hull area, collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure reliable broadband for customers across

Qualifications

• Experience as a NOC Engineer or similar role.
• Experience in network switching, FWA 5GHz, VLANs, subnetting and routing protocols.
• Proficient with Microsoft packages and attention to detail.
• Experience with RCA and RFO processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the Quickline infrastructure, radio and 5G networks.
• Rapid reaction to issues, outages and alarms.
• Incident management and reporting on potential network issues.
• Manage security on the network including access to sites and key locations.

Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…

• Experience working as a NOC Engineer or a Similar Role
• Experience in Network switching, FWA 5Ghz, VLANS, Subnetting and Routing Protocols
• Comfortable Working in a Fast-Paced Network Environment
• Excellent systems, Microsoft packages working knowledge. Skills with a Critical Eye for Attention to Detail
• Experience of Working on RCA’s and RFO’s
• Working Knowledge of SONAR and Zabbix preferred but not essential
